Let’s enjoy a trip which covers popular spots across Shikoku, which is located in the west part of Japan. The highlight of the trip is a short pilgrimage that connects the 88 temples of Shikoku. The Shikoku Pilgrimage is associated with the Buddhist monk Kukai on the island of Shikoku, Japan.
It was traditionally completed on foot, but modern pilgrims use cars, bicycles, and other forms of transportation. This extraordinary spiritual experience provides accommodations in temple lodging facilities.
